Our Impact

Scale of Impact

After we had developed the play partners project with parents in their homes we went on to extend the project through schools and nurseries. Parents attended a short meeting where staff explain the method and go through the play partners’ booklet:

The Importance of Play

Being a Play Partner

Using Everyday Activities for Play

Providing Play Activities in the Home

Being Active Together

We ask all parents for feedback both positive and negative to help us improve. So far feedback has been overwhelming positive.

"I feel less tired and stressed. I make time to play and read and life is better, I have my maid read also, things are better. I can now spend time with my younger son.
It has helped our son to play more and be confident to try new things and to play with other kids nicely and share.
Very positively. He can now engage with us more effectively and us with him.
There is a better sense of continuity between home and pre-school. "
